Fields: There are numerous lands which have been planted with Rhodes, Smuts and Panicum maximum (some have poor man’s Lucerne/sericea lespedeza). The fields have been fenced into smaller camps to facilitate rotational grazing. For the last 15 years, great care has been given to following the Albrecht soil health method. This means only natural fertilizer has been used. (Langvos, chicken and sheep litter). Pastures have been left to seed and build up humus on a rotational basis. Most camps have cast iron baths for drinking troughs and some 2500 litre storage drinking troughs.
Fencing: This is good cattle and sheep fencing. There are boundary and internal camp fencing. Mostly with swing gates.

Rondavel: A Rondavel close to the house is a small cottage that is used for visitors. It has a bathroom and a small kitchen.
Staff Quarters: The staff quarters consist of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a common area.
Boma area: There is an area next to the dam which is a camping ground. Although not being used now. This can be reinstated easily. It has an entertainment boma/braai area with a dining area, a kitchen, a bar, ablutions and electricity points. With beautiful wild olive trees.

The farm lends itself to adding citrus and avocado pears.
This farm is suitable for production, however can be used for leisure as it has natural bush, views, walking, cycling, horse trails, birdwatching, dam swimming, a lovely house and a country feel.
