LEADING Port Elizabeth estate agent, Talana Foot, is at it again, achieving first place, nationally, for a top property professional award. Based in Port Elizabeth, Talana Foot Real Estate specialises in residential and commercial properties. Talana Foot Real Estate services both "for sale" and "to let" properties throughout the Eastern Cape, Garden Route and Cape Town. There are currently five offices, all owned by Talana and her partner, Ruan Muller, and all this growth has been achieved in only five years. Talana is definitely a force to be reckoned with and her brand is certainly one of the next strong South African brands in the brewing. Talana initially started out in the RE/MAX franchise before opening her own company in 2016 - Talana Foot Real Estate - which has grown to be an extremely trusted brand throughout all the areas where the offices are operating. The dedicated team of property professionals is led by Talana Foot, who has been, and is still, a major player within the industry, winning numerous awards. Starting a career nine years ago, Talana won 'Most Homes Sold in South Africa award for RE/MAX within three years of becoming an agent. This award was won as an individual sales person. Talana and Muller - who have been partners since their RE/MAX days - then sold 309 homes, a record in unit sales. In 2020, taking second place for turnover at ''A Night of the Stars in the Nelson Mandela Metro,'' sponsored by Greyvensteins attorneys, was another tremendous achievement, as this was against all the other game players in the market, who have had established brands for many years in the metro.
